Led by president & founder, Jack Thompson, CMP, CEM, a 25+ year industry veteran, and a graduate of DePaul University, EXPOexpert utilizes a solutions-based approach in its work with clients. Jack’s knowledge and skill set comes from six years in sales and marketing for two general service contractors, Vista Convention Services and The Aaron Group; three years as an independent meeting planning professional; seven years in convention and account management with SmithBucklin; and nine years in sales and convention services with Hyatt Hotels Corporation.
